Saying goodbye to another one of children’s literature’s greatest talents. Leo Dillon 1933-2012. Irene Gallo has a very moving tribute here. These images are a few painted by the incredible husband and wife team of Leo and Diane Dillon. I once had the very good fortune of hearing them speak, and their message of collaboration was as strong as the art they created. My heart goes out to Diane who has lost a husband and artistic partner.
